My first three novels, Heresy, Inquisition, and Crusade, might best be described as science fantasy. They were published by Simon & Schuster worldwide in the early 2000s, and translated into several languages. The Spanish editions, published by Mintauro and Circulo de Lectores, struck a particular chord, and I greatly appreciated the enthusiasm of my Spanish readers. A semi-sequel, Vespera, was published in Spanish translation in 2007.

More recently, I wrote the last book of my late mother’s historical detective series from her notes, which was published by Amazon’s Thomas & Mercer imprint. You can read about A Matter of Loyalty here, and it’s available in English from Amazon’s various stores worldwide.
